I have been very fortunate in the aspect that I started my career as a Certified Chef graduating in England with my City of Guilds Awards. Completing a 3 year course, which I condensed in 2 years, where I graduated with the highest marks in the County.

This knowledge has been a strong foundation in working with many of my clients, as my career covered many environments i.e.; long term care, restaurants, universities.  

I have always had a passion for food, not just cooking, but creating and of course eating.  With the many different lifestyle these days, vegetarian, vegan, intolerances to wheat/gluten, nuts and dairy I have continually had to search out new and creative courses to help cover the growing population of individuals, needing personalized plans, which are easy to implement with the busy lifestyles many of us have these days.

I believe nutrition is 75% if not more to obtaining the phyisique / active lifestyle we crave.

Through proper nutrition and the correct training you will increases muscle mass, which in turn increases metabolism, there for your caloric expenditure even while at rest will be activated.  Sounds great burning fat while resting. 

By correct nutrition and training we add muscle; even one pound automatically requires an additional 50 to 100 calories per day. With this extra mass your fat burning metabolism will be increased by approximately 150 – 200 calories a day.

NutritionThis not only improves your physical appearance, but your over all general health by making the right choices.  With the plans I design individually to meet your needs, I incorporate a variety of tastes textures allowing the opportunity to stay focused and on track, and not bored with tasteless food.  I truly believe we are what we eat. I don’t believe in depriving or eliminating food groups as this only creates deficiencies in important vitamins and minerals. The meal plans I provide are focused on creating balance between all food groups and consuming the correct portion to meet individual daily requirements.

Cooking Classes

Cooking classes are held two to three times a year as a group setting, minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 persons, per class.  I demonstrate the versatility and convenience of batch cooking preparing, cooking and storing of meals, individual or family size portions.  I use fresh ingredients to encourage a more balanced diet.  You will be encouraged to participate and sample the demonstrated meals.  These classes are interactive fun, and easy to follow.  At the beginning of the class / work shop you are provided with a work manual containing all recipes demonstrated, for you to keep.  All recipes are designed for speed and convenience without sacrificing health and nutritional balance.   I encourage participants to bring questions for alternatives to their favorites recipes, so as  not to have favorites eliminated from there lifestyle but make them more independent in making healthier choices.  Dates of next classes / work shops to be announced.


Cooking classes and Spa days must be paid in full at time of booking.
