Starting my professional working life as a certified chef, then a registered massage therapist, Doctor of acupuncture, moving into nutritional coaching and certified personal trainer not to mention my private passion as a professional  natural body builder I am able to offer a dynamic combination of fitness, nutrition, motivation to kick start your new lifestyle. A personal trainer is a certified Canadian Fitness Professional, who is dedicated to improving their client's (apostrophe) personal health and well-being. This should be done though educating, coaching, supervising and supporting. Your personal trainer is there to motivate and inspire you to reach your full potential in a safe and effective manner.  Therefore always ask to see if your trainer carries the correct certification along with an up to date CPR / First AID CERTIFICATE.
